What is Raucherentwöhnung Hypnose? Does it Work?


Nothing is more annoying than hearing the same negative effects of smoking over and over again by people. You are not a child. You know what goes inside your body and you also know the consequences. Now you want to quit smoking and want to do it without any relapse. It’s quite simple. We are not going to overcomplicate things.

However, quitting smoking is hard and at times it seems impossible.

You may have stayed away for months, then a single puff will take you back to square one.
Then you again start to do it and it feels ok to do it too. Ever thought why?

It's due to addiction. It works very cleverly inside your unconscious mind. If you are addicted to something, it will stay within your body and strikes back when you are at your low, especially during a bad day at the office or going through a bad phase in a relationship or even having financial trouble.

So is there a way to kill that desire of smoking forever?
Before I say ‘Yes’, let’s go a little further.
Now let’s understand the whole concept of Raucherentwöhnung Hypnose. There are two types of people who don’t smoke- One who has quit and non-smokers (who never tried). One who has quitted falls under the ‘resist’ category. They always resist themselves from smoking. However, non-smokers are those who desist the idea of smoking.

You must have friends in your circle, who always lament or reminiscence the times when they used to smoke. There are also some people who always feel like having a cigarette whenever they are having a drink. This shows that people are stuck with the craving of cigarettes for the rest of their lives.  

However, you don’t have to fall under those categories. They only quit at a conscious level and therefore, smoking always call and lure them.

Every alternative smoking cessation product like nicotine patches, chewing gums, lozenges, prescription drugs, and even willpower, all just works at a conscious level. They never penetrate your conscious mind and sadly, they can’t.

This is where Raucherentwöhnung Hypnose comes into effect. Hypnotherapy doesn’t work like any other therapy. In this therapy, you are not asked to go cold turkey. Asking to stop when a person is not ready is going to work. You can only stop when your mind and body both cooperate with each other. Hypnotherapy works on an unconscious level.
